Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position requires working collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Contribute to taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
