Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
