Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
