Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Good customer service and cash handling skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Ability to follow policies, communicate effectively, and multitask
