Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, assist customers, and collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting merchandise, and general cleaning
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Good customer service and cash register skills
- Ability to operate equipment and follow safety guidelines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
