Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
