Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
- Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational feedback to management
- Contribute to inventory counts and maintain compliance with cash handling policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to offer courteous customer service
- Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
- Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
