Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping, communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
