Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
