Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills
- Ability to operate store equipment efficiently and safely
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
