Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Perform cashier duties, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
