Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate key competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
