Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills to meet role requirements.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with their needs, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory counts, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, follow security protocols, and ensure confidentiality of store data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desirable.
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
