Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through efficient merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You'll work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store's operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Customer service skills and cash register operation proficiency
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks according to standards
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior retail experience (preferred)
