Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure the security of data.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting and stocking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
