Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience seen as advantageous.
