Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing outstanding customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
- Follow company policies and procedures while safeguarding data and documents.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Proficient in operating store equipment and following safety guidelines.
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking merchandise and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
