Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies to uphold security and document confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of equipment and handling of merchandise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an asset
