Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Assist in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Proficient in cash register operation
- Capable of operating store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail experience is a plus
