Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and conduct store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company standards.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Experience working in a retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is an asset.
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
