Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands and interpreting company policies.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
