Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with management to ensure store efficiency.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
