Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by meticulously stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
