Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Knowledge of company policies, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience beneficial.
