Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This role is full-time, with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain clean store appearance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
