Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By working with the Aldi team, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Customer service skills and cash register operations proficiency.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
