Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store operations and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and ensuring the store is welcoming for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Help manage inventory, provide feedback on products, and report issues to management.
- Follow cash handling policies, uphold company procedures, and maintain document security.
- Adhere to physical demands including stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and working independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
