Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash handling, and equipment operation.
• Capable of following company policies, communicating clearly, and multitasking efficiently.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
