Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide top-notch customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adherence to store policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
