Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will be an integral part of our store operations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Follow company policies while upholding security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
