Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with our team to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
