In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a key player in enhancing the customer shopping experience, you'll work collaboratively with our ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Title: Full-Time Store Associate
• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
