Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through your merchandising skills, cashiering expertise, and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years+
- Ability to operate a cash register, perform general cleaning tasks, and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
