Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processes customer purchases, stocks shelves, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Provides outstanding customer service and assists customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates effectively with store management.
• Participates in inventory management and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Performs general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
