Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist customers as needed.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
