Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members. This position involves cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
- Capable of general cleaning duties and following company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
