Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with state and local regulations on alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience considered
