Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in product counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold security standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
