Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall operations of the store. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide feedback to management on product quality, inventory issues, and customer needs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and other retail equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
