Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
