Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience beneficial.
