Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Capable of following policies, communicating effectively, and working independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience is a plus.
