Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
