Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
