Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by performing various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. You will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and collaborate with team members to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Follow safety and security protocols
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team setting
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
