Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

- Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting merchandise.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
