Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service. This position offers an opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning tasks, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Follow inventory guidelines, conduct store counts, and report issues

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling equipment
• Capable of meeting physical demands and company standards for cleaning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
