Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
