Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position involves various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
