Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on inventory, scanning errors, and product issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
